EditCo builds CRISPR knock-in cell models for degrader discovery, inserting HiBiT, NanoLuc, and HaloTag at the endogenous locus so potency, selectivity, and degradation kinetics are measured at physiological expression rather than from overexpressed constructs. Models are built to order on the target and cell background a program requires, including immortalized and iPS cells. Sequence-verified pools and clones are delivered assay-ready in weeks from an automated high-throughput editing platform.
