- Tuesday, September 17 | Main Conference Early Check-In | 3.30pm - 6pm
- Wednesday, September 18 | Main Conference Check-In | From 7am
- Thursday, September 19 | Main Conference Check-In | From 7am
- Friday, September 20 | Post-Conference Day Check-In* | From 8am
